The COMFORT INC.  website is a community education and support site.  By using the COMFORT INC.  website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

To better provide you with products and services offered, COMFORT INC.  may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

If you donate, we collect billing and credit card information.  This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

COMFORT INC.  collects and uses your personal information to coordinate volunteer opportunities and deliver any services you have requested.  COMFORT INC.  may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other opportunities or services available from COMFORT INC.

 

Video/Photo Release

By registering/attending events, I understand the COMFORT INC.  or its representatives may take video/photographs of attendees at events. You agree that the COMFORT INC.  may use such video/photographs of you with or without your name and for any lawful purpose, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. (Note: "If I do not wish to be photographed, I understand it is my responsibility to notify chapter representatives at the event.")

 

Sharing Information with Third Parties

COMFORT INC. does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.

COMFORT INC. may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries.  All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to COMFORT INC. and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
